TEACHING & SUPERVISION SUMMARy

In the course APSY617 – Industrial and Organisational Psychology Measurement Issues, Anahí supports students in exploring how measurement theory applies to organisational settings: including scale development, reliability and validity, common method variance and measurement bias, and the connection between measurement theory and I/O practice.

Within APSY619 – Psychology of Stress, Health, and Wellbeing at Work, Anahí fosters critical thinking on the psychological health of individuals and organisations, examining how I/O psychology can contribute to reducing workplace stress and promoting wellbeing.

Teaching APSY612 – Performance Management and Appraisal, Anahí guides students through the theory and application of performance management systems: covering topics such as criterion theory, performance appraisal methods, feedback, job evaluation and reward systems.

Furthermore, Anahí has facilitated OPSY613 – Training and Development (UC Online): focusing on evidence-based instructional design, needs analysis, and evaluation of workplace learning and development initiatives, and OPSY622 – Research Methods in Organisational Psychology (UC Online): guiding students through the research process, from problem formulation and ethical considerations to critically reflecting on data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
