My research centres on the dynamics associated with people functioning in organisations, especially the role of Leadership in creating high performing teams.

A key part of this is the mindsets and behaviours that are increasibly needed for a leader's own resilience as well as creating resilience and agility in teams, during an environment of rapid change and disruption.

In an increasingly global context, I am exploring how leadership approaches are evolving, as well as how they vary and are changing across different jurisdictions.
