BIO

I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Biological Sciences at the University of Canterbury, with research interests converging on cellular and molecular biology, plant biotechnology, microbiology, and molecular plant pathology. My work focuses on investigating plant pathogen interactions and understanding the roles of plant transcription factors and associated regulatory elements in mediating responses to abiotic and biotic stresses. This work will advance our understanding of molecular regulatory networks and their broader implications for plant biology and biotechnology, ultimately contributing to the development of more resilient ecosystems and food systems.
