    I initiated and regularly facilitated a series of informal meetings and workshops, aimed at 1) developing practical digital humanities skills and 2) developing networks of digital humanities expertise across disciplines at UC and outside UC as well. The workshops began in 2014 and were expanded and renamed 'UCDH Skills Exchange' in 2015.

    I was the organizer and facilitator of the National Digital Forum (NDF) BarCamp, University of Canterbury, 5 July 2013. I attended a one-day training with NDF board members and barcamp organisers. I managed the barcamp event, which was attended by approximately 40 people from UC and regional galleries, libraries, museums and archives. I facilitated group discussions and provided a framework that enabled the attendees to create and schedule small group sessions. This work took approximately 3 hours a week for 6 weeks, plus the day of 5 July 2013.
