BIO

My research area is the relationship between forests and the abiotic environment. Over the next 5 years, my focus will be on further research into forestry systems on “difficult” sites, both in NZ and internationally. The challenges posed by climate change and the need to expand the area of plantation forests both in NZ and internationally will lead to greater interest in this topic.
