Women in Finance Symposium. Aligned with the University of Canterbury vision of making a difference, the Women in Finance Symposium aims to make a difference in the New Zealand financial sector by decreasing the existing gender gap. Our goal is to encourage female students to pursue careers in finance and raise awareness around the current issues, like the gender pay gap and the women under-representation in top positions in the financial industry.
