    Provided (with Glenn Fyall, Jackie Cowan and Piet Van Hasselt) a professional development workshop (2hrs) to 40+ employed swim instructors at the request of Active Selwyn/Selwyn Swim School. Themes covered included: Structuring a coaching session for athlete engagement Using unstructured play to support skill development Relationship building with parents for greater engagement Organisational values - creation, incorporation, and communication.
