  • EVENT PARTICIPATION
In 2010 I was invited to present a paper in Developments in X-Ray Tomography VII, a conference in the SPIE Optics and Photonics Meeting, San Diego. The paper Bones, et al. "Development of a CT scanner based on the Medipix family of detectors", appeared in Proceedings SPIE, Vol. 7804, 2010. I was reporting as a member of the MARS group at the University of Canterbury on the progress made in the project. The work has generated considerable interest in the international community looking at new methods for computed tomography in medicine.
