The paper I presented, “Freedom and Restraint in the World of Tea”, has since been re-worked and is to be published as “Rules, Freedom from Anxiety, and Naturalness” in Concepts and categories of emotion in East Asia (ed. Giusi Tamburello), (Pub. Leo S Olschki, forthcoming, 2012)
