TEACHING & SUPERVISION SUMMARy

I am passionate about sharing my passion for biology with students, teaching skills that will be useful in a wide range of careers, and exciting students about a variety of topics through student-centred teaching approaches. I have taught into a range of courses in Biology including Evolution, Conservation Genetics, and Biological Data Analysis. I am currently a Distributed Leadership in Teaching Programme Scholar, which means that I am working closely with UC's teacing and learning experts to re-shape the Biological Data Analysis course to better support student learning by increasing engagement and reducing course-related anxiety.
