BIO

Sarah Hinchey is a Postdoctoral Fellow specialising in reading comprehension and autism, with a focus on translating behavioural and neuroscience research into practical educational benefit. Drawing on her close personal ties to the autistic community, her work aims to develop mana‑enhancing, strengths‑based reading supports for autistic learners, using child‑centred research approaches that prioritise and value autonomy. 
She welcomes collaborative research that aligns with inclusive, strengths‑based approaches to learning.
