BIO
Stacey Niao is a lecturer in the University of Canterbury's Faculty of Health. She specialises in Sports Science and Sport and Culture. She is interested in the Experiences of Women/ Wāhine in Sport and Sport Migration. Much of her interests come from her own experiences as a student athlete in the USA, a retired National NZ Women's Volleyball Player and a current Super Rugby Player. She has come from 10 years of industry experience as a Sports Scientist and Strength & Conditioning Coach.
