The contribution may take many forms, such as: curriculum design, innovating teaching methods, textbook authorship, development of new teaching tools, or any of a number of other significant contributions to computer science education.     In 2006 I was awarded an Erskine fellowship to visit universities in China, Sweden, USA and Canada. The original intention was to develop work in computer music research, but there was so much interest in my CS education work that I subsequently changed to that as my main area of research.
