BIO
Dr Wendy English is a research advisor and specialist palliative care nurse at Nurse Maude in Ōtautahi, Christchurch.
Her fascination with rapport and connecting with patients and their whānau/families, led to a Master’s degree at University of Canterbury and further to a PhD through the University of Auckland. In October 2023, Wendy was awarded a Communio post-doctoral research grant through the Te Ārai palliative and end of life care research group in the Auckland School of Nursing.
