    Lead contributors for this impact:
The 'Virtual Baby' is a research project that explores the design of virtual environments for relational skills between (virtual) infants and professional caregivers - Early Childhood Education Teachers and Health Providers. This project will have direct impact on the tertiary education system in New Zealand, introducing a novel technology into teaching and learning. In the long term, it will lead to well-trained infant carers, who can apply state-of-the -art knowledge, leading to good outcomes for the infants.
