TEACHING & SUPERVISION SUMMARy

Pavement Engineering: Teaching pavement Engineering for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. This course covers Highway Materials, characterisation, testing and design of bituminous materials; stress analysis in multilayer systems, traffic calculations and damage analysis, Pavement structural Design, Overlay Design.
Geometric Design for Highways: This course covers the horizontal and vertical alignments, transition curves, superelevation developments, sight distance, design speed, earthwork and mass diagram, Auxiliary Lanes, Intersection Design.
