TEACHING & SUPERVISION SUMMARy

My teaching experience includes Latin and Greek at all levels and reading authors from Archaic and Classical Greece (Homer, Sophocles, Plato, et al.) to the Roman Republic and Imperial periods (Catullus, Vergil, Suetonius, et al.). I also teach courses in translation on diverse aspects of Graeco-Roman cultural history and literature such as Mythology, Ancient Sport, Homeric Epic, Greek Art (incl. working with artefacts from the Teece Museum), Philosophy and Ancient Aesthetics. I have also supervised numerous dissertations at BA Hons., MA and PhD levels on a wide array of topics, as well as Research Essays as part of the PACE programme.
