TEACHING & SUPERVISION SUMMARy
I have ESOL/EFL/TESOL teaching experience at universities in New Zealand and China. At the University of Canterbury, I have lectured in compulsory courses for Master of TESOL, Master of Education, and Bachelor of Teaching and Learning degrees. My students were adolescent and adult learners from diverse cultural backgrounds with varying learning needs and preferences. I have taught in multiple modes, including online engagement and blended delivery.
My goal has always been that every learner in my classroom feels confident in using their heritages, experiences, and perspectives of their cultures, thus creating an ocean of knowledge, where rivers of diverse languages and cultures are braided in promoting learning and teaching
