The Ultroscpec™ 2100 pro UV-Vis spectrophotometer is a stand-alone, simple-to-use instrument with a high-resolution display and easy-to-use software. It has basic mode capabilities for Absorbance, % Transmission, and Factor Concentration, with additional application modes for Wavescan (Wavelength Scanning), Simple Kinetics, Reaction Rate, Standard Curve, and Multiple Wavelength (Multi Wavelength Equation Entry). The instrument also has stored routines for nucleic acid quantification and purity checking for DNA, RNA, and Oligonucleotides. It features a wavelength range of 190-900 nm, with spectral bandwidth of less than 3 nm and maximum scanning speed of 3000 nm/minute.
