Description

This heating film coater is widely used for creating various high-temperature films, including ceramic, crystal, battery material, and nano films. It provides both top (UV 365nm) and bottom heating (120 °C), along with a build-in drying system that features strong heated air and digital temperature display. The coating speed is adjustable from 0-100 mm/sec, and the stroke can be adjusted between 10-250 mm via a travel switch. The coater also features a vacuum aluminium plate for quick substrate placement and removal, and a doctor blade that adjust the film’s thickness with an accuracy of 0.02 mm over a width of 0-150mm.
