Controlled by Cytiva’s UNICORN™ software, the system offers detailed monitoring of UV absorbance (190–700 nm), conductivity, and pH, ensuring accurate and reproducible purification across runs. Our facility uses the ÄKTA Pure 25M to provide external researchers with reliable purification of recombinant proteins, antibodies, enzymes, and nucleic acids.
