Description

The S1000 cycler has 4 interchangeable reaction modules with exceptional thermal performance, ensuring fast ramping and settling times. It can identify optimal annealing temperatures using the programmable temperature gradient. The cycler can be used as a stand-alone instrument for PCR, cloning, cycle sequencing, gene expression studies and mutagenesis.
