Description

The UC Enuity is an ultramicrotome dedicated for trimming, sectioning, automated serial sectioning used for both TEM and SEM array tomography, automated targeted trimming of ROIs via motorised segment arc, and fluorescence detection of ROIs. The UC Enuity Cryo Chamber is the low temperature (-15 to -185 °C) sectioning system for the UC Enuity ultramicrotome. Is it used for semi- and ultrathin cyrosectioning of biological and industrial samples.
