Description

The Molecular Devices SpectraMax iD3 Microplate Reader is a versatile multimode platform designed to support a wide range of quantitative and kinetic assays across life-science and applied research. Its absorbance, fluorescence, and luminescence detection modes enable applications such as cell viability and proliferation studies, reporter gene assays, enzyme kinetics, protein–ligand interactions, and nucleic acid quantification. The system’s temperature control, shaking options, and precise optical configuration support consistent conditions for long-term kinetic monitoring, making it suitable for investigating cellular responses, pathway activation, and compound screening.
