He oversees laboratory and field services, health and safety systems, specialist equipment management, and technical staff coordination, ensuring high‑quality, safe, and reliable support for staff, students, and research partners. Rob’s leadership underpins the School’s diverse research activities, from analytical and geochemical workflows to field logistics, environmental monitoring, and applied Earth science projects.
