The SOPD Food Laboratory is a dedicated laboratory for food studies, supporting product development, formulation testing, and analytical preparation. Lab capability includes: - AKTA Crossflow - Hydra Cell Ultrafiltration - Freeze Dryer - Food Dehydrator - Oven - Tablet Press - Ice Maker - Centrifuges - Homogenisers - Electromagnetic Sieve Shaker - Other food processing equipment
