Description

The X-ray analysis suite provides comprehensive analytical capabilities delivering detailed structural, compositional, and surface characterisations across a wide range of advanced materials using X-ray Diffraction (PXRD), Single Crystal Diffraction (SC-XRD), X-ray Fluorescence (XRF), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). This instrumentation is jointly resourced by the School of Physical and Chemical Sciences, Chemical and Process Engineering, School of Earth and Environment, and Civil and Environmental Engineering. It is hosted in the Ernest Rutherford building by the School of Physical and Chemical Sciences.
