Description

The DeNovix DS-11 FX+ Spectrophotometer/Fluorometer is a compact, all-in-one instrument designed for routine and advanced biomolecular analysis in academic research laboratories. It combines full-spectrum UV-Vis spectrophotometry with sensitive fluorescence detection, enabling accurate quantification of DNA, RNA, proteins, and labeled biomolecules from very small sample volumes. The system supports both microvolume and cuvette measurements, providing flexibility for scarce samples or standard assays. Preconfigured application modes and intuitive software streamline common workflows such as nucleic acid purity assessment, protein concentration determination, and fluorescent dye–based quantification. High sensitivity fluorescence capability extends applications to low-abundance samples, probe-based assays, and validation of downstream techniques including PCR, qPCR, sequencing, and cloning.
