    This report presents the initial findings based on the voices and experiences of Learning Community Hubs for Ethnic Parents, Whānau and the Community in Ōtautahi | Christchurch proposal (Learning Hubs). This research and report has been completed by the Canterbury Knowledge Commons | Te Pae Raka Hau, which seeks to draw on the collective strength of the University of Canterbury and the Canterbury region to answer questions that benefit the whole community. This research falls within this remit by being responsive to the needs of a founding partner, the Ministry of Education Christchurch Regional Office, as well as being focused on building community wellbeing.
